But to calm down and give it a few more days and see what's up. SORRY...I get a little worried/freaked out when things aren't working like they normally do. It is just so strange to me to have pain and cramping like a period (more I think the colon issues with a period) and not bleed. They didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with missing a period...sometimes that happens. Never to me! So, we'll see how it goes I guess. He wants me to re-test in a few days if I don't start. I don't like all the variables here. If I am pregnant...is it going to hurt like that every time I need to have a bowel movement? If I'm not, where's the blood? I'm pretty tender in my abdominal area...there's got to be some free fluid or something going on in there. But, it's just my body...I have no idea what's going on, right?!?!
Can you tell I'm irritated? And now I'm cramping pretty badly...I'm just going to go to bed and stop pouting. Sorry this is so negative today. :(

I'm sorry you are frustrated and in pain! I understand why you feel the way you do with being very frustrated and sick of pain!!!
Over the years, I have had times where it was impossible to tell where my endo symptoms stopped and my IBS or IC symptoms began!!
It's so frustrating... especially when doctors don't have answers.
Many things could cause the tender abdominal area: inflammation, adhesions, scar tissue, cyclical bloating, abdominal distention from surgeries, etc.
Try not to assume it's trapped blood (although I understand why you would think that)...
I have painful bowel movements too. I actually have significant rectal bleeding (cyclically).
After having 3 colonoscopies and part of my colon removed, I'm "blowing it off" for now but it's bad this week and it does scare me.
You know your body and your idea could be dead-on. Just try not to "overthink" it & drive yourself crazy.
Have you tried homeopathy? It has prevented many ER trips for my abdominal pain!
I'm really sorry you're in so much pain. Did your doc do a blood test or just a urine test? Did they check hCG levels?
Hope you're getting some good sleep and feel better when you wake up!!!!
Jeanne
Sorry to hear this - like Jeanne I sometimes cannot tell when my abdominal pain is my endo and when it is my IBS and that isn't helped by the fact that my pain was always worse just before my bleeding started and now I have a coil I barely bleed at all but the pain is still there. It is confusing - just as endo is confusing how some people can be riddled with it and not know and others can have a small amount and be in agony. How can you hurt so much when there is no bleeding? I know exactly what you're saying and what I'm trying to say is don't worry about blowing off steam on here - we're all here to listen and support you. I always think the uncertainty of it all can be the worst thing about it sometimes.
Holding good thoughts for you and hoping you feel better soon.
