- Herbal tinxture- for inflammation/gynecological health
- Work on my diet-organic meats and dairy are important to reduce estrogens; lots of GREEN vegetables; less processed foods; cut WAY back on caffeine and cola intake
- Castor Oil Remedy-Soak a cloth in oil, place on stomach with heat 1-2x's a week, not during menstruation
- Reduce plastics for warm foods and water

Good luck with the Lupron. A tip I recommend is to keep mini hershy bars in your purse. I don't know what it is, but they work wonders for mood swings. When I was on the Lupron, I would have a crazy swing and eating just 1 mini-bar helped calm the irritability. Maybe it was just b/c I love chocolate. But it was recommended to me so I wanted to pass it on to you!
I wish I didn't live in the boonies! I would love to see a homeopathic doctor to get some help for dealing with menopause after my hysterectomy!
